The largest concentration of music venues is found downtown in the Warehouse District and along Sixth Street, a six-block stretch of bars and restaurants.

The culinary arts program at the Texas Culinary Academy (formerly Texas Culinary Institute) blends classical French cuisine with American inventiveness in a fast-paced 15-month period. The Texas Culinary Institute knows you need more than theory and technique. We offer students practical hands-on approaches to innovative methods and classical techniques. Students will be introduced to more than 25 foreign cuisines combined with a cross-cultural spirit. The talented faculty offers more than 400 years of industry experience along with a true passion for the culinary field.
