Arizona Culinary Institute
Arizona Culinary Institute is a school founded and operated by a team of experienced Culinary Educators. At ACI we understand that the student is the most important person in any school. We care about the unique needs of the Culinary Student and have carefully designed our curriculum around small classes and personalized attention. We are privately owned and teaching Culinary Arts is the only thing that we do.
Arizona Culinary Institute offers an accelerated nine-month diploma program in Culinary Arts, Baking and Restaurant Management. The curriculum is based on Classical French Methods combined with the best of Modern Techniques. Our small classes enable our program to be well balanced and completed in a shorter period of time. This is a better way to learn and allows you to start or resume your career sooner. ACI culinary arts classes include Basic Culinary Arts I, Basic Culinary Arts II, Baking, Saucier & Meat Fabrication, Nutrition, Wines and Spirits, Front Line Cooking, Advanced Baking, Pastry & Showpieces, Restaurant Operations and more.
Our Faculty and Administration at Arizona Culinary Institute have decades of experience in operating culinary schools and understand that a Chef / Instructor's attention can only be given to a limited number of students. Small class size is one of our most important beliefs. We limit our class size in all areas to an average of 10-14 students. Time and time again surveys of student achievement always reach the same conclusion: Small Classes = Big Learning
Arizona Culinary Institute provides a full menu of Student Services to help you through school. Our Financial Planning Assistance helps students fund their education. We are able to assist most sincere students with developing a flexible and practical financial plan. We also offer assistance with locating Housing and Roommates and are happy to refer students to recommended Day Care, Health and other providers.
